About Dr. Thomas-Goering

Dr. Thomas-Goering graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2004 from Kansas City University of Biosciences with her medical degree and an MBA in Healthcare Leadership for Rockhurst University in Kansas City. She completed her residency training in Anesthesiology at The University of Michigan in 2008. As a board-certified anesthesiologist, she is on faculty at the University of Michigan and works at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System. For the past 10 years, Dr. Thomas-Goering has owned a medical spa in Ann Arbor, MI, where she specializes in medical aesthetics and skin rejuvenation. She serves as a national aesthetic instructor, passionately teaching and sharing her clinical pearls for achieving good outcomes using safe techniques. When she’s not engaged in her various roles, she enjoys being a wife and mother to her two boys, one of whom has mild autism. Always the life of the party, she is also a collector of friends!
